This newsletter is concerned with helping each person to understand what Spiritual and Personal Growth is, and what needs to be done to achieve it. This will come about through understanding the TRUE reason for Reincarnation and the effect it is having on our present lifetime. There have been many hypothesis put forward and all have there merit, but they are all theory. As it is now, anyone who thinks they know about Spiritual matters can give information to the public which can be downright misleading and take everyone who listens to it away from their Spiritual Growth. When something comes along that can give proof on a day to day basis of what Spiritual Growth is all about and can show on a day/week/month/ year basis how it is working in each persons life, then we have to say, this has got to be right. Such a tool is our Spiritual Counselling Course and will give everyone the answers they need....but not necessarily want...for Spiritual Growth is all about facing and conquering fears. Most of the fears we have...not the superficial ones are those that cause the blocks to Spiritual Growth and prevent us from moving forward in life........ When life is not working and it appears as if there is an invisible force blocking forward movement, or when things constantly go wrong and you do not understand why, then it will either be because of something not being done correctly in terms of Spiritual Growth, or because of tests the Cosmic are giving us to see if we can deal with it in a true Spiritual Way, or will we revert to the `language` of Earth. The true understanding of these fears are deeply hidden, and if not having any tool to bring them to the surface they can stay buried throughout this and any other lifetime keeping us trapped into unconducive lifetimes. The only knowledge that will be allowed through is that which is felt to be safe and which many times is taking the person in the opposite direction to what their Spiritual Growth demands and which does not touch on dealing with the Fears. Remember I said Deep Seated Fears, these are many times disguised by creating superficial Fears and making one think a fear has been conquered when it has not. The energies connected to these fears are of a metaphysical nature and so therefore will take a lot more to remove them from our being than if the fear was created totally from a present life. The purpose of being on earth is to work at and overcome all that was not done correctly in any past lifetime to the satisfaction of the Cosmic. We have now come to earth to redo these Lessons and pay back Karma. This entails working at and overcoming Lesson and paying back Karmic Debts, if we do not do this Life will not be very successful or happy. The Spiritual Counselling Course will have all the answers you have ever needed to understand yourself and life and so therefore makes it an ideal tool to becoming your own guru. We all come to earth with specific lessons to learn. The families we are born to, our partners, children, brothers, sisters, Parents and Friends, all have a connection in some way to what happened in our past lifetime. When we understand our past lifetime plus what we have to do in this lifetime, and do it, we will have made Spiritual Growth. However, it is easier said then done because the pulls from the past are very strong and we are constantly pulled back into it through the emotional content. The emotional content is the key, getting this right and making Spiritual Growth. The Conscious Mind can play a big part in this subterfuge and prevent the truth from making itself known. For most of us, what we think is what we believe to be so, and so follow the thought process until we find it has led us down a blind alley. most of us say....I believe so and so....to be correct, without having any factual evidence to back it up. The only knowledge they have is what has been pulled from their`s or someone else`s mind. Many have some outlandish beliefs and I along with others wonder how the person could believe them. With so many different points of view and everyone saying theirs is the correct one we cannot be blamed for getting so confused over many issues.... THERE IS ONLY ONE CORRECT WAY AND THAT IS THE UNIVERSAL WAY ANYTHING LESS THAN THAT WILL BRING REPRISALS IN SOME FORM OR ANOTHER. When not on our Path or doing what we came to earth to do, the reprisals come in the form of life not working, all sorts of things can and will go wrong. Life becomes very unfinancial, ill health becomes a force to be reckoned with, and bad or uncontrolled emotions are the result. Getting Spiritual Growth right entails getting rid of Anger, letting go of Sorrow and Grief....to overcome Fear of Loss, Failure, of not feeling Loved, Rejection, Judgements, Greed's, Envy, Jealousies just to mention a few....We have to free ourselves of past lifetime attachments or they will be rehashed in the present lifetime. We have to be free of any emotion that locks us into a negative situation and work at turning them into being Happy, Productive, Trustworthy, Reliable, Honest, to be Giving and Loving to all, to be free of any Indulgences, that being, something that makes us feel better momentarily, drugs is a big one. However, I will be writing about many of these issues each month in this mindbodyandsoul newsletter. We cannot make Spiritual Growth if we indulge ourselves in any area that is going against our path, when our emotions are in order we no longer feel the need to indulge ourselves. It is only when our emotions are too much for us to deal with that we resort to drugs, drink, promiscuous behaviour, and gambling. When our emotions are in order so too will our lives because that will mean we have learned our Lessons. Because there is such a lot of misinformation on this subject, along with the true understanding of Spiritual matters I wanted to make absolutely sure of all my facts before I made them known. To this end I have spent 20 years researching all aspect of Spiritual Growth and its connection to Reincarnation. When trying to get messages from within as to what our lessons are, we can go wrong. The fears from the past lifetimes will bring subterfuge messages to mind making us think the wrong path is the correct one, until trying to move along it. Therefore we will need to know how to deal with the emotions so the path can be enjoyed. When on the correct path and emotions are being dealt with, all will flow with ease. To get to this level can take many lifetimes to complete. Some who start in a better state of being will do it in less, but if we do not start now we can keep recreating lessons, and a lifetime can go by with nothing done. The whole process of reincarnation should be looked at very closely for if it is the reason for our being in this lifetime then by not taking stock of what we need to learn....what could be the repercussions of this ? In each article I will be imparting to you what I have discovered is the correct Spiritual Way to deal with situations on Earth, if, what we require is to make Spiritual Growth. We are learning how to be Spiritual Beings through our Earthly life, so therefore to get it right we have to deal with situations here on Earth in a Spiritual manner. However, most are deaing with them in an Earthly Way, thinking they are doing it right, so not making growth. Without the correct knowledge it is impossible to know if we are handling situations correctly. THIS IS HOW REINCARNATION WORKS We go from lifetime to lifetime inhabiting different physical bodies in order to become a PERFECT SPIRITUAL BEING......When we have completed this we do not have to reincarnate again, we then go onto higher learnings. We are on earth to work through our Spiritual Lessons through an earthly venue to see if we can rise above all the destructive situations and emotions in a true Spiritual Way. To do this we have to work with our emotions and any situation from a past lifetime that created a Fear. We have to eliminate all Fears from our being, because as long as one fear remains it will cause us to do and think unspiritual things. If we are thinking and doing unspiritual things we cannot aspire to be in a good space when we leave this planet. The end result should be to have totally unconditional love for ALL.....to get rid of all Fears and Spiritually negative thoughts, only when this happens will our lives work for us and we will have peace and calm. Total unconditional love cannot happen until we are free of ALL FEARS AND SPIRITUALLY NEGATIVE EMOTIONS. To understand this fully we have to let go of our Earthly way of thinking and try and tune into the Spiritual Way. As long as we are Thinking and Doing in a Earthly way we will never be able to gain Spiritual Growth.. Following is an example of Past lifetimes,. and how it should be worked with. The information came from Past Lifetime Channelling, Astrology and Numerology Charts AS IT WAS SHOWN TO ME BY THE COSMIC and is read completely differently from the Traditional form, I call them Astrology and Numerology of Reincarnation . They have been teaching me for the past twenty years about the true purpose of our existence on earth and how it can be seen in our Charts, Numbers and a TRUE PAST LIFETIME, they all link up, one shows something the other does not so they all need to be encompassed. Case example;.........Our male had been a very dogmatic authoritarian man in his past lifetimes.....he ruled his household with no thought to anyone else, his only concern was what he wanted. His demands were given and had to be met or there was a very unpleasant situation to be dealt with. He was extremely selfish and thought only of his own wants, needs and desires not concerning himself with how it affected others and specifically his partner. Throughout numerous lifetimes he discarded his wife without a thought to her welfare, and in one lifetime put her into an asylum to get her out of the way and take her wealth. This is not an unusual case and I have done so many Regressions and Past Life Channelling`s where the wife had been harmed in similar ways by the husband. Women to a much lesser degree also caused problems for their husbands. This sort of behaviour does not go unpunished and the Cosmic will make sure that all actions and thoughts are returned in like kind, as the Bible says, ‘ an eye for an eye’, the punishment must fit the crime. To this end we should all be very careful of what we think, say or do and that we do not cause another any unkindness. This is the reason why so many are leading sad and unfulfilling lives as they struggle to repay or not repay their Karmic Debts reaped in Past Lifetimes, and learn lessons they are resisting. Many blocks to moving along a financial field is due to unpaid Karmic debts, and not walking the Spiritual Path that was set down for them, once this is rectified the financial flow is unleashed. Our man, in the present lifetime, is now reaping the payment on his deeds from the past. He once again began dominating his household right from an early age. He was however, born into a family where this was not tolerated and he was given the same treatment he gave his wives of the past lifetimes. When he married in this lifetime his wife did not have the commitment he wanted and had a roving eye, as he had in his past lifetimes. As he had removed his wife in the past lifetime when it suited him, his wife in this life, left him, leaving him on his own, and much of what he had was taken from him, as he had taken from others. Many other factors came into his repayment of karma, lessons and need to make Spiritual Growth. He would not be allowed to find another partner and will have to learn the lesson of Loneliness and overcome it. This lesson would also entail overcoming the Fear of being on his own, the two are different. However, it would be up to him what he made of this. He did not do very well and sat in a state of self pity, which meant in the next lifetime the whole scenario would have to be played out again. Reincarnation and Spiritual Growth are synonymous and it is not a matter of just existing through life and experiencing it all, it is a matter of making strong effort to learn lessons and pay back Karmic debts and that will not happen by chance. We have to know exactly what happened in a past lifetime (the truth not a fairytale version) and actively work at rectifying the wrongs we have caused others. Wars and atrocities will continue until this understanding is known and ACCEPTED then worked on....for as long as someone is battling against another be it on a personal or mass level, it will have to be paid for in like kind....there is no escape. It is amazing how many people are unhappy with their lot always wishing for something else or another person who they feel will make them happy. Only we can make ourselves happy....happiness comes from within....and that can only be achieved by putting in the effort to make Spiritual Growth. When able to do this we will have control over life. NO ONE can cause us to feel any negative emotion, we can have complete mastery over them, but only after a lot of work is done with ourselves. When a negative emotion surfaces, what has happened is that an emotional content has been stimulated, by a word or a situation, that happened in a past lifetime. The scenario is then played out. When having emotional control this cannot happen. Emotional control does not mean subduing the emotions or letting them out.......either one of these RENERGISES the Emotions. Only by dispersing the emotion will it no longer have an emotional impact on our life. Spiritual Growth is not something that can be achieved overnight but something that needs a lot of effort....many will put it into the too hard basket and get on with as they think is` enjoying life, but when growth has occurred what we thought was fun no longer seems to be right and a deeper fulfilment takes its place. By following the path of self indulgence will always bring unhappiness many times financial bad luck and lack of fulfilment. The only way any person will make Spiritual Growth is by their own hard work and effort by putting into effect what each persons Spiritual Growth is asking of them. This takes correct knowledge so we do not fall into the trap of working by Earthly Conditioning, thinking it is the Spiritual Way. In numerous situations there is an Earthly or Spiritual Way to deal with it. When working with the situation through an Earthly understanding it will nearly always work out wrong or cause some dissent, when working with it in a Spiritual Way will always work out well, even if it appears, through earthly eyes, that it will not. Laws have been laid down by the Universe as to how we need to live our lives while on Earth and working through our Spiritual Growth. When we do not do it THEIR WAY....our lives will take many diverse turns and does not work well in one or all of the areas of our life, energies become depleted and health starts to suffer. Whether Spiritual Growth has happened for any person will be decided by the UNIVERSE not anyone here on Earth no matter how many claims are made to the contrary. The Earthly understanding is, we can do whatever we feel is right for us....the Spiritual Way says we have to do what our Spiritual Path is asking of us and only that will suffice. There are numerous Spiritual Laws we have to abide by, when not the paynacks will come. .....We cannot ignore the Lessons and Karmic Debts and say I do not want to know or I do not believe. We all have this right but it will not make the lessons or karmic debts go away, they will always be in our life until we work at and overcome them. With this kind of thinking you will be working at a disadvantage .......only when having the acceptance of what has to be worked with will you be able to do so. There is so much misinformation on this subject that people now have an odd conception of what constitutes living a Spiritual Life. Most people have little idea of what living by Spiritual Laws actual means and many live their life by Earthly Standards and feel they are living a Spiritual Life. Success comes from walking the correct path....the one set down for each individual person, following it will bring financial well being and happiness for each person. We all have the choice as to which way we wish to go but if we choose the way that is not what the Spiritual Forces require we will not move forward and life will not be very effective I will be giving information each month on what the Spiritual Forces require and how we have to think and behave in order to gain Spiritual Growth and our lives to work effectively. ***************************
